Building Robots, Building Futures
The mission of FIRST Tech Challenge Team #31730 is to cultivate the next generation of engineers and problem-solvers through competitive robotics, hands-on learning, and community service.
Design
Every season starts with a blank sheet of paper and a new challenge. We sketch, discuss, iterate, and eventually land on a robot worth building.
Build
We cut, wire, and assemble everything ourselves – no shortcuts, just students learning what it actually takes to make something real.
Program
Our students and mentors collaborate on everything from autonomous routines to driver controls, writing the code that brings the robot to life on the field.
We are Delaware State Champions!
We won the Delaware State Championship!
As a small, self-funded community team from Wilmington, Delaware, nobody expected it — including us. Now we’ve earned a spot at the FIRST Premier Event in the Canadian Rockies, and we need your help to get there.
Travel like this doesn’t come cheap, and we can’t do it without the support of people who believe in what we’re building. Every dollar brings us one step closer to competing on one of the biggest stages in FIRST robotics — and proving that the underdog belongs there.

We’re a small team, and we like it that way.
Being small means every member matters, every voice gets heard, and nobody gets lost in the crowd. Our team spans a range of ages, and we’re proud that young women are a core part of who we are. We want every student on our team to look around and see people like themselves doing real engineering.
